Healthy Millets
OBJECTIVE: Develop a portable, easily assembled exhibition display with an interactive element that is both informative and distinctive.
APPROACH: After considering various design concepts, my approach aimed to highlight the environmental benefits of millets. Millets, in contrast to crops like wheat and rice, require significantly less water and primarily rely on rainwater for cultivation. They can thrive in harsh, hot, and dry climates. Reflecting these attributes, the backdrop and front dunes of the display symbolize these qualities. The interactive game involves acrylic discs mimicking raindrops falling and collecting. Each successfully captured drop accumulates points, leading to the chance to win exciting prizes.
